Brennen recently sold our house and we couldn’t have been happier with the level of service and results he provided. This was the second time working with Brennen after we used him to purchase this house several years ago. Brennen walked through the house with us and pointed out low cost updates to make the house show well, and he has a rolodex of recommended service providers if needed. Both the stager and photographer that Brennen used were far and away better than what I have seen in other houses. We even had a surprise the day of showing that Brennen handled with poise and went above and beyond to address while we were already across the country. We listed our house on Thursday and accepted an offer we were very happy with before the weekend was out.
